‘Just Soph’ is a solo act, offering everything from a full 50 minutes show, to short flexible storytelling sets that can pop up almost anywhere. Soph’s storytelling sets have absolutely no technical requirements and work beautifully for family and school audiences in libraries, community centres, festivals, museums, tents, theatres, foyers - even a canal boat once! I have a variety of stories and sets, including festive fables, seasonal storytelling performances and collections of family friendly tales for all year round.

I am an experienced storyteller and performer, and can offer performance packages to suit a range of events. I am fully insured and DBS checked and all sessions are fully risk assessed. My storytelling sessions are relaxed and inclusive. Accessible story guides are available on request for many sessions and I can work with you to offer BSL captioning and touch tours if you’d like to make your event even more inclusive!

I offer a range of participatory workshops and activities to complement Just Soph performance sets. This can be anything from gentle crafting activities, to physical theatre, stay and play or object puppetry workshops.
